STEP & PROCEDURE 2 - 9

Please find the rest of the steps you need to follow:
STEP 2 
From STEP 1, please send us your design code. Refer CONTACT US for details.

STEP 3
CRAFTEDPACKAGING will reply asking for your names, event date, venue and theme. Please reply again.

STEP 4
Once the design is finalized, CRAFTEDPACKAGING will inform you the total price (products and courier) for your information. Once you agree, please bank in RM30 to our account (refer PAYMENT) and once the deposit is received we will send you your complete design proposal. If you desire to change the design apart from our given options, let us know and we will send you 3 more options for you to choose.
* Please kindly be informed that RM30 will be used for courier charge and it is refundable if the design is cancelled. 
 
STEP 5
After the design and total cost are agreed, please make 50% of the payment upon total agreed price.

STEP 6
Once we received your 50% deposit, the production will start.
* when the process starts, CRAFTEDPACKAGING will not allow any design changes and this payment is not refundable if the deal is cancelled
STEP 7
Hoping that there will be no cancellation, we will proceed to finish and will inform you once the design is 100% done. Upon completion, please make the final 50% payment.

STEP 8
Once the final 50% payment is received, we will fastly courier your product to your doorstep.
*If CRAFTEDPACKAGING is to deliver by ourselves within our agreed locations, you still have to make the payment before delivery. However your RM30 will be returned.

STEP 9
Products received and ready to be used.
